1. About this policy and how to contact us
This policy explains how Aquarius International Management Consulting Co., Limited (“Aquarius”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information connected with this website, business and partnership enquiries, the existing Contact form, cookies, analytics, Wix Chat and related communications.

2. Information you provide
Business & Partnership Enquiries: the form requests your first name, last name, work email, company or organization, enquiry type, project or partnership description, and project country or location. First name, last name, work email, enquiry type and the description are required. Company or organization and country or location are optional. Missing required information prevents submission and may prevent us from assessing or responding to your enquiry.
Existing Contact form: you may provide your name, email address and message. Complete the fields marked as required so we can receive and respond to your message.
Chat and correspondence: if you use Wix Chat or communicate with us by email, we handle the messages and contact information you provide in that communication.
Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, confidential client records or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry and correspondence information to assess and respond to business or partnership enquiries, answer Contact messages and manage related follow-up. If an engagement is agreed, relevant information is also handled under the applicable project, contractual and legal arrangements.
Website technologies support the operation of the site and may also support analysis of website use and marketing activity. These activities are separate from handling the content of a business enquiry.
Submitting the Business & Partnership Enquiries form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Any separate marketing subscription or use outside enquiry follow-up must have its own appropriate basis and disclosure.
4. Website services and recipients
Authorized Aquarius personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, form submissions, contact management, administrative notifications and communications may handle relevant information.
The website uses Wix. Business enquiry submissions are stored in Wix Forms, and basic contact fields may create or update Wix Contacts. Wix Automations supports administrative notifications. Wix Inbox and Wix Chat support website communications. Gmail is connected to Wix Inbox and may handle related email correspondence.
Google Tag and a Facebook Pixel integration are configured on the website. Analytics and advertising technologies may handle online identifiers and information about website use.
Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy information. Their processing arrangements can differ by service and purpose.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies help websites operate and can support functionality, analytics and marketing. The current Wix Cookie Banner provides Essential, Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories.
Essential technologies support necessary website functions. Other categories relate to additional features, understanding website use or marketing. You can review the choices presented through Cookie Settings in the banner. You can also manage cookies through your browser; restricting cookies may affect website features.
Google Tag and the configured Facebook Pixel are relevant to the site’s analytics and marketing setup. A business enquiry form submission is not a marketing subscription choice.

6. Processing outside Hong Kong
Wix and communication, analytics or advertising providers may process personal information outside Hong Kong. Wix’s published data processing agreement and sub-processor information describe its global processing arrangements and applicable transfer terms. Google also describes processing through global infrastructure.
These arrangements can involve multiple countries. The Hong Kong postal contact address does not mean that website, enquiry or correspondence information and its copies are stored exclusively in Hong Kong.
7. Retention
For business enquiries that do not result in a contracted engagement, our retention rule is to retain the enquiry information for 12 months after the last meaningful business contact and then assess deletion or anonymization, subject to applicable legal obligations. This is a review and disposition rule; it does not mean every copy is automatically erased on that date.
Where an enquiry becomes a contracted engagement, relevant project, contractual and related records are managed separately under applicable legal requirements and contractual retention obligations.
The 12-month enquiry review rule is not a universal retention period for all website technologies or records. Cookie and consent records, analytics, chat, email copies and project records may require separate assessment according to their purpose, applicable obligations and the relevant service’s retention arrangements.
8. Access, correction and deletion requests
You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you using the email or postal contact in section 1. You may also ask us to consider deletion of information that is no longer needed.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and understand the scope of your request. Handling a request may require checks across form submissions, contact records, chat, correspondence and other relevant systems.
Deletion assessments take account of applicable legal and contractual retention requirements. Updating or removing a record in one system does not necessarily update or remove copies in other systems.
9. External services and policy updates
If you follow a link to an external website or use a third-party service directly, review that service’s own privacy information. Its practices may differ from ours.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our handling of information or applicable requirements. The review or update date will be shown with the policy.
